Just in case my french made no sense, I want to know what alpine refuges are open as early as March? For example, Konkordia Hut, Finsteraarhorn Hut, hut near Altels, Vignettes Hut, Valsorey Hut, Wildhorn Hut?

A lot of alpine refuges have a winter room open during winter-spring time but without attendant. The equipment of those winter rooms may change drastically, depending on the refuge: blankets, possibility to make fire and cook… However in spring, season of the long-run skitours (like Chamonix-Zermatt), some refuges are attended.
I have no information about the refuges you mentioned. You may find some useful information with the search engine of this website

by reading the topos of the appropriate region. In your case, it seems to be « Berner Alpen » and « Valais W » in the « Alpes du Nord ». The Club Alpin Suisse edits a small book (directory) about its refuges (around 20-30 CHF).
