C’est vrai çà pourquoi y parlent pas le français comme tout le monde…l’étranger c’est incompréhensible ! Il paraitrait même qu’il y a plusieurs dialectes étrangers différents…

I´m German and it´s hard to find a German or English forum where you get informations about the French alps :wink:
I regret that I´m not speaking French, but I think this shouldn’t be a problem - we´re all climbers, talking about the same things, no matter if it´s called rimaye, bergschrund or crepaccio terminale…

So far, have a nice day, probably we´ll meet in Chamonix one day…

I was in Chamonix last week. Conditions are very very bad for north faces at this moment. too much dry & hot, and isotherme 0° between 3900m and 4200m. I think that only rock climbing is avaliable at that time.
