Est-ce qu’il y avait de l’eau qui coulait près du bivouac où vous avez fait fondre la neige?
Il y a de l’eau au refuge?

Oui il y avait de l’eau qui coulait 10m au dessous de bivouac. Au refuge il y un robinet aussi avec l’eau de glacier.

Bonjour, est-ce que c’est « bien vu »/toléré par les tenanciers du refuge de bivouaquer au dessus ?

First excuse the late reply. Perhaps someone else reading this can benefit from the information. I was the other guy on this climb, and I stopped at the hut for a few minutes on our way up. The hutkeeper tolerates bivouacking but told me he « does not recommend it in his professional opinion as a mountain guide, due to the lack of water and risk of rockfall ». In any case, we found the bivuoack to be perfectly safe and comfortable. Water was flowing freely off the glacier in the evening, but less so upon our return from the summit the next morning.
