Very niice route ! We did it on Friday as well at 16:00. Same mistake, we went on the right at L5 and managed to rappel down from the top anchor of this pitch to catch the correct route from the end of the walking part.
Did you find any topo from the right part or something about this new route ? Seems really new.
I don’t think there’s any topo available for the new mystery route, I only heard something from another party that was on Pissechèvre that day.
Hey, we did the same mistake on the way down last month, and started to descend the very unstable scree slope as well. At some point we decided to traverse right for a few hundreds meters until reaching the trail.
I guess the proper way is to keep traversing high above the scree ?
That’s what I would guess as well. If you never enter the scree slope, you don’t have to leave it either
